You absolutely need to get out and walk. I know you are tired. Your mind is racing. Your heart is broken. But exercise at these times is good for everything. Do you have a dog? Go for a walk everyday for about 30 minutes. It doesn't have to be a power walk. Just work off that excess adrenaline that is building up inside of you. There is no way this will hurt and it will help, I promise.
I didn't have any meds "in the old days" when I went through this. I walked and walked and walked. Ended up with great looking legs, fit and was able to sleep better.
Your sitution is different in that it is an old EMR with an oc. You need to write a journal also. That will help you shed the anger.
I think about you often. I wish I could help you out. I see so many here in pain and it breaks my heart. You really hit a nerve with me.
What are your plans as far as the friendship with your daughter and the oc? Have you thought that through yet? Has she been around at all? Is that causing any problems for you?
Be strong and walk, walk walk walk walk. I swear, it will help.
