Why do you come to this board acting like your all innocent and have done nothing wrong? You act like your relationship with XMM ended ages ago. That your not bothering them?

Aren't you the one who so proudly stated on another board that it was MM that helped put you into labor?? Now you have legal papers stating that the last time you had sex was on the night before your daughter was born?? Aug 18. You want to make sure that MM wife knows this so she will kick him to the curb?? How you want to out MM to the press. Hoping he'll lose his job. Your words are "Make him wish he never met me" Sending him emails after he asked that any contact be through the lawyers. Compairing yourself to a Nazi. Knowing that your court date is right before thanksgiving, now wondering if you can ruin their christmas also.

There is so much more. No offense, but you also blame him for ruining your daughters holidays. You brought this on yourself. You shold have known better to get involved with him, let alone plan the child with him. I don't condone what XMM and his W are doing, but you have bothered them just as much as they are bothering you.

What really gets me is your little act on this board then your ture side comes out over there. Sick.

It is called venting...something I would not do here, just as I get pissed when BW's do it there. And don't take my comments out of context with the Nazi thing, since you obviously do not know what I was referring to. I am allowed to be angry too and I express it where I am allowed to. As to ruining my daughter's x-mas...he is by not allowing me to be with my family.

Side bar: I am not going to put any of that in the court papers as I am not proceeding with this. I am done. Revenge is stupid and after thinking about everything, I know that walking away is the right thing to do. I will not out him, I will not let his wife know the truth, I will not ask him to support his child...I'm done. I also think I prefaced my last post by saying I was in a bad place...which comes out on GloryB...whatever.

Thanks for your "help" but it's NOT needed! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Why do you need a passport to come to the USA from Canada?

immigration law that was never really enforced before 9/11 but they are very picky now, especially when flying out of where I live.

Actually the main concern is coming back into Canada, without permission from the listed father on the BC, she could be denied re-entry and I could be arrested for kidnapping.

I guess this is something you will have to do once the DNA is decided upon.

Oh, and for the DNA test, it is quite simple. At least it was in my day. Blood was drawn back then and sent to lab. I believe they took form baby too. But I hear that it is now done with saliva.

I never thought of the kidnapping point of view.

Twilight,

Are you sure of these facts? Since when do newborns need passports, you have the birth certificate.

And I can't imagine any immigration calling the other parent of every traveling child to see if they approve of the travel? One parent is allowed to travel with a child. Immigration has better things to do then to make calls, unless there is a report of a missing child.

not so...Canadian immigration is quite clear on this matter. Even infants need a passport. When my xH tried to drive across the border last summer to go camping, he had her BC and written authorization from me. Because the authorization was not notorized they called me to verify. To fly out of here, you need a passport, written authorization and a copy of the custody agreement. I have been pulled over for going to the US solely because I said I was seeing my BF while there. They were worried I wouldn't come back...and that was before 9/11.
