how do you gain access to the private board? I did the email tempest thing but have not gotten any reply or anything????

KT,
I would recommend trying to go over to the private. I know that many of us didn't get the "approval" email from any of the mods, but were able to go into the private board. If you still don't have access, try emailing Justuss as well.

okay.....I keep trying to NO avail. I keep emailing for access and just trying to check in. I'm just getting tired of it around here on the public side.....I guess I can try to be a little more patient.

ktbunch - keep trying. I had to email tempest several times before I got a reply. I think she is very busy. Just keep emailing. You will get an email back when you have access to the private board.

The moderators have other jobs and are volunteers here out of the goodness of their hearts. Sometimes they just can't get to all the issues right away...besides...it's the weekend coming up. You know how quiet it gets around here on weekends. You might not hear a thing until Monday.
I'm so glad you are willing to be patient. I think they have to do a little research on your posts, too, to gain admittance. I don't think you will have any problem since you've been around quite a while and post regularly.
See you soon on private! You'll love it. It's a lot of fun...and so safe.

Just a little note here,,, Your moderators on this forum, (Xarelel, Raizel and me, Justuss) have NO authority to approve or disapprove anyone for the P/C Private board. Only Tempest (MB Admin) can do that. I do know she's busy but keep trying. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

I can only speak for myself but I know I don't want anyone cross posting over on Private since we want it to stay private, but then it is Tempest's call whether or not you get access. Because of sensitive topics and the openess, I wouldn't think anyone who is posting on TOW would get the nod. But, we are happy to have you here on this site.

In all honesty I have nothing for that site anymore. I may pop in the childrens area once inawhile but that is far and few these days.
As for cross posting, I would never do and have never done any sort of thing. IMOP, what said there should stay there. So if people want to believe I would do that then so be it
