I undertsand paternity testing is rather simple. Anyone know the average cost and timetable for the answers if it's done before the baby/mother is released from the hospital?

The test cost about 475.00. It's done through swab now on all three. The hospital can arrange with the lab for the mother and baby. The lab will call there lab tech for the father. It takes 5 to 7 days to be done. They can even fax the results to you if your standing right there when they fax them. It comes with legal documentation as well to be used in court. Use a good lab though. Some don't test the mother for some reason.....but the mother should be just to cover everyone's butt.
