KT how was your trip? Did you have a good time? Just wondering. I hope you took plenty of pictures!! You was just on my heart and I prayed that you would get refreshed, and have the time you deserve.

Thank you so much.

It was sooo nice. There was TONS of snow but it was not cold. We're in CA, so it was a stereo-typical CA weekend, 80-90 back @ home and very warm in the mountains but surrounded by snow, baby (20 month old)even got a little sunburned.

I felt very refreshed upon returning, even with all the laundry we came back with! LOL

The KTbunch had a terrific time with all the sledding and snowball throwing. We visited a zoo and nature center while we were there. The zoo was cool. It had rescued animals that are native to that area, bears, snow leapords, mountain lions, eagles, owls, different kinds of foxes ect.

The cabin was very cozy. The fireplace was nice. We just relaxed.

The neatest thing...I almost forgot to mention this nice little "surprise". The cabin we stayed in was near the place we stayed @ for our honey moon, we didn't know that. The little "village" was the same one we window shopped @ during our honeymoon. We took the KTbunch out to eat @ the same restaurant we ate @ one night during our honeymoon (when we paid for our meal all in $1 dollar bills from our dollar dance! LOL)

I made sure to point that all out to the KTbunch too. The "village" still had this big clock post that I had taken the corniest picture in front of during our honeymoon. I should of taken another one in front of it but I didn't want to be so "corny" again.

Took loads of pictures. When I have time I am gonna try to upload them somewhere so "friends" can view them, @ least see one of the KTBunch.

Well, then there is today! Read my new topic of OW antics today! Real life goes on.......(sigh)

I'm so glad you had a good time!!! We have a cabin 3 hours away from our home and its great when we go over there, which is about every weekend. But when we come back on manday crap is here and starts up. But its still nice for a couple of days to forget about things.
