I was worried for you there for awhile. You had your heart thing then you checked in to say it was ok and then you were gone for awhie and it made me think, what if something happened to you and how would we know? Would FH post it or be too overwhelmed by stuff to think about it.

Which makes me think if anything happened to any of us, how would we know and would any one even notice or care.

SO anyway, I notice.

yes anyone here who were to disappear would be missed. at least by me. if anything happened to me fh would surely let you all know.

i have been reading but haven't seen that much that inspired me to post. lazy old age i quess

actually i have been giving some thought of posting some questions to some of you out there but haven't quite figured out the wording

just returned from the doctor and he said things were looking good. i am back to walking 1-1/2 miles at a time and itching to mix in some jogging along with 150 crunches a day. doesn't sound like much but when you look at 2 months ago a 100 yard walk was exhausting it's not bad. the dr says no jogging until after my treadmill test next week. ok i'll wait that long.

Have you seen "Something's Gotta Give" ? Reminds me of what the Dr. tells Jack Nicholson's character about being able to walk up a flight of stairs! LOL
