oc is due anyday. H and I want custody,
Why you, ask. ow woman has no morals;she still goes out to bars and parities even while pregnant, she has had 1 adoptin while in High
school, one abortion, she has 1 child that she has 13+ men for & still no father for that child,
(none of these are H's) he had a two week affair with ow who was supposed to be our freind this past Sept. My ? is how soon can paternity be established? This child is coming into the world and derserves a bright future wich he will not have with ow. she's not even 100% sure my h ishis father. I would appreciate any thoughts, advice, etc.

The baby can safely be tested the day he is born, and of course anytime afterward.

If you don't have an attorney yet, I suggest you get one, pronto.

Do not pay one red cent until DNA establishes your H as the father and the courts set up child support.

Custody is a hard thing to do. Keep up with everything she is doing. Is she out bar hopping now? Keep tabs on her and get a great, not good attorney. Check around get one who does cases like yours. To prove her unfit you need proof not hear say, not I think so. PROOF. So get anyone and everyone who knows this woman and get it together. I wish you the best of luck and hope the baby is healthy. Keep us updated.
