Whew! You do post long Autumn - of course, I'm one to talk! Here goes:

quote:
I thought of another...does ow still live 3 hours away?

Yep. We moved before d-day #1...I think to escape her. That's never been confirmed nor denied by dh, tho.

quote:
I'd suggest not even having C with baby as well. It will only cause emotional attachments that will be difficult to get over if DNA proves your H is NOT the bio.

Too late. Mijo's already been a'visitin'. I will go out on a limb and say he is a more petite version of my son (sigh) - of course that means he's cute as a button....I'll have to seriously go up there and kick some a$$ if he isn't my dh's. Freaking tart (her, not you). I know stranger things have happened tho - and am steeling myself for the day.

quote:
. I was actually referring to the call on Thursday where he was talking to her in front of you and your SIL.

You know what? I didn't even think of that - but she was calling because a body had been found with her cousin's id on it and she was wondering if there was any way to speed up the autopsy process (it was her cousin, btw). Dh is a deputy. Nio told me he was really abrupt with her regarding it - told her what did she expect since her cousin lived on the streets - I DID tell him that was a bit harsh - but still, neither he nor I think she should call about that kind of crap and he told her so. He also told her they weren't a couple anymore so why was she calling with questions....ijo....(sil and I both got a grin out of it - but you could tell he was pissed at being put in that sitch). Go ahead tart, love bust all over the place is my opinion. I'm cool as a freaking cucumber...

quote:
You said H goes to just p/u & d/o...but you didn't say specifically if he goes to ow house to do this. They should occur at a neutral place such as park, restaurant, daycare, etc...

I totally agree. So far, sil can go with to her house. Did I fail to mention that the tart is 27 and has never learned to drive? Oh yeah, no driver's license................she has to public transportation it with all 6 kids to go anywhere.

quote:
Doesn't ow ever have to do anything?

Preachin' to the choir here. Personally, I think she's ridden everyone's coattails too long - I mean c'mon. Grow up for crying out loud. Dh DOES see it now, thank everything holy, and is dang tired of her bs.

quote:
Why would she not go for CS for the baby out of fear of you guys getting custody, when that hasn't happened with the first child? I'm a little lost on that logic.

Logic??? Since when has the woman been or acted in a logical fashion? This is me trying to crawl into her head (and it's mighty cramped in here), but I THINK that she thinks if paternity isn't established, then we can't sue for custody of the baby. I dunno where she got that idea - probably from one of her idiot family - but I KNOW that all dh would have to do is go in and fill out the paperwork himself. He's already told me if she doesn't get off her [censored], he's gonna...he's not gonna let a kid of his go without because his mama's an idiot.

quote:
It's not odd for me to understand the love you feel for your OC's. My H loves my OC as his own. Many say that's easier, because he gets to raise the baby as his own w/out interference w/ x-om and I agree w/ that premise, for the most part.

I'm so glad you all have each other! Best wishes to you all!

So her game plan is to forego DNA and she's willing to not receive CS, all in the hopes you guys won't sue for custody?
Be careful.
Doesn't sound like the thoughts of a woman who needs all the financial help she can muster. Especially when she knows you haven't been granted custody of the first child.
Unless baby #2 isn't his...
Request DNA.
Oh boy, if you think I'm long now, you should've been here when I first came here. Down right boring. I've actually tried to make it a point to post shorter. I better get back to the drawing board.

Especially when she knows you haven't been granted custody of the first child.

Like I said, she's a mincing little thing. I'm certain she hasn't thought the money thing all the way through - obviously she's not the brightest crayon in the box. I also don't think her elevator goes all the way to the top. In the middle of the A, before she got pg, he tried to break it off with her and she slit her wrists with a beer bottle in front of him. She swears she'd never do it again - but look at the lengths she's gone through... I am CERTAIN that she spends entirely too much time watching novellas (Spanish soaps) and thinks that the way those people act is the way real life is supposed to work... I kid you not, I really think that in the back of her mind that's how she processes life happenings.
If dh and I work out - and right at this point in time there's no reason to think otherwise (see, this is the logical me here - I'm not putting all my duckies in HIS basket for awhile), but if he and I work out, I forsee us suing for custody - he's even made those noises....saying he's afraid of her just settling for the first guy that pays attention to her, and he's heartily scared for his kids (after seeing her home, I don't blame him).
Yeah bob on the #2 not being his. I've got little red flags waving on THAT particular play myself. Poor baby. Doesn't mean I can't be the best person I can be for him while he's with us, tho.

Kimmy,
I don't think I ever called you strong, REMARKABLE yes but never strong!
I like "Tart" , I have decided that I shall call the OW in my life Dumb Bunny (DB), not very christ like I know, but better than "trick" or "slut puppy" don't you agree?

LMAO Baby. My aunt and uncle had a dog named DB when I was a kid - but while the D stood for Dumb, the B stood for something else entirely (evil grin). I'll bet you never refer to OW again as DB without thinking of THAT one - hope it'll make you grin.
I know about the name calling not being very generous or christian - but every once in awhile I just have to ask God to throw me a bone on that one. And it's not like He doesn't have a sense of humor, right?

Kimmy,
What does LMAO mean? I feel dumb asking, not as dumb as DB though, and you are right I will never think of DB the same without having a really be evil grin on my face or in my mind.
I agree God does have a sense of humor, hopefully he will pour out tons of it in my life soon!
Just kidding, I actually do laugh at my sometimes messed up life, I have too, just told a good friend of mine that a few minutes ago, if you don't just stop & laugh at some of the things men do - you would go crazy for sure.

Hi BG!
LMAO=laughing my a$$ off
NG~
Is the SIL that goes w/ your H on p/u & d/o's, the same SIL from out of town that was visiting you for "bacation"?
Also, how old are your children from the M? If they're old enough to kinda sorta know what's going on...how do they feel about it all? Do they get along well w/ OC #1? What about the rest of your family and IL's?

She is the MOST fun! Her youngest is spending the week with us this week, too. She's just like her momma - and I swear, the kid takes perky to a whole new level!

quote:
Also, how old are your children from the M?

I have a 14 (going on 50) yo from a previous M. He's pretty pissed about the sitch - BUT doesn't hold a bit of it against the little guys. My daughter is going to be 8 next month. She adores the kids. My little guy is 4 - and he's had the hardest adjustment. I mean really, he'd been the baby and BEEN babied (because, c'mon, when you think you're not having more, you figure you have them to spoil them, right?). He goes through the usual male chest thumping every once in awhile - just to make sure of his place in the family unit. Dh and I recognize it for what it is now, and are able to diffuse it pretty quickly. Did I mention that my little guy has the MOST amazing dark chocolate brown eyes? I mean, I could get lost in those michevious orbs. He also has dimples from (I swear it) when God pinched his cheeks and said, "You are SO darn cute...." I love these little people SO much!

You'll know when I think something is REALLY funny because I'll write "ROTFLMAO." That stand for "rolling on the floor laughing my [censored] off."
Wanna hear something...I actually use these shortcuts when I'm talking. I was going to the store the other day and told my 14 yo that the construction we had to go thru was a PITA (pronouncing it like pita pocket). He gave me the strangest look and asked what I meant. I said, "you know, pita, pain in the [censored]." I also will let loose a WTF once in awhile - because you know it sounds a heckuva lot better that actually saying "what the f---" IMO. I'm not a big eff word person anyway, kwim?
(BTW: kwim is know what I mean - LMAO).

De nada.
I remember how hard it was to find "funny" because of all the hurt. I'd have sworn that I'd never laugh again.
Guess I was wrong? I hope/pray for the "funny" to come back to all of us, and when it does, I hope it bubbles up from all our toes and puts a bounce back in our steps that lasts for days!

Wanna know what it means?
Removing The Stick From His [censored]
How GREAT is THAT one??????
