H filed papers to hold ow in comtempt of court. she wants to keep taking us to court for more cs, but she does not want the oc to come around us. ow went to court and lied under oath that I have been harassing her, her mother calling her home and that one day I harassed her so much she almost stabbed me with a pair or grass cutters. None of this ever happened. I admit I did go to ow mothers house to drop off oc and ow mother's was very nice to me, her step father complimented he on how beautiful I am, and ow 18 year old son gave me a hung and a kiss. I almost cried because I expected them to be mean and nastsy like ow. All of this happened over a year ago and now ow wants to come to court and lie on me because she is being held in comtempt of court. Court advised her to comply h went to get oc and ow would not answer the door. I was very hurt and upset when H told me of all the lies ow told, but I had think like a christian. They lied on Jesus Christ. We have court again tomorrow and I am just going to pray to God that things all work out.

Go to court with your Husband, do whatever it takes to be there with him and for him!!
Trust in God and know that all her lies will come back to haunt her!! Did her family appear in court and say this, does she have police verifaction of these things? If not I belive the court would find it's any heresay, and viable in a cout of law. GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS

No we are going for a hearing August 6, 2004 and our lawyer may subpeona her family members, but I don't beleive her mother will lie, she is a christian. Her son ow may force him to lie, but as you said it will be hear say on her part. As funny as it seems I have defended some of her actions with my H and now I am being lied. She does whatever she can to cause discord when H tries to see oc. It seems like she wanted me to reject OC so she have something to go on. I admit I am hurt about oc being born, but oc is 2.5 year old now and is a innocent child who did ask to be in the middle of this. once again thanks for your reply and God bless.
