Lady_Clueless Member L Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,928	Son has full custody of ALL his children!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> X-DiL called him Monday and said that she was dropping her side of the case and would not appear for court. Her attorney later called Son's attorney, the custody order was drawn up, and the Judge signed it! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> So...we don't have to go to court tomorrow! H and I are a tad bit disappointed, though! We were looking forward to hearing the Judge rip her a new one! I guess she must have figured that she'd rather give up custody than be humiliated in court. Thank you so much for the prayers and support! We are a very happy family tonight! Love you all! LC

Now you direct your prayers to me and my H <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> who is home most all the time but still says he is unsure <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/mad.gif" /> ! Again, Congratulations! All I have to say is that these women who becomes mother's these days really half of them don't deserve a child. You have to have a license and pass a test to drive and you have to pay to license a dog--well you get the point but these OW & exW they don't have to do anything to have a child but have a sperm donor--funny how things work in this world.
