(sigh) So when do the nightmares stop?

Had a dream last night that dh left to be with the kooze.

He's not leaving or behaving like he used to, so when do the dreams stop? Woke nauseated and sad this morning.

I can't say for everyone... but I can tell you that I have no idea when they actually did stop.

I just know that one day I thought.. Ya know, I haven't dreamt about OW in a while...

My most memorable dream was of me beating the dickens out of her with a 2 ltr Coke bottle..
And I will tell you, it was not over her trying to take H from me.. but because of her putting my Lil Bit in danger... of course it was a dream.. but it was still upsetting.

Time is what it takes. And the more you can renew your confidence in yourself and your marriage, the faster that time seems to move.

HUGS--my bad dream started again last week--actually they were about H leaving and seeing someone--unfortunately mine were true as they have been in the past.

I haven't had any lately, I've been taking my shut up and go to sleep pills <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> But H woke up yesterday and said he had a night mare, I left again! Ok this is good he thinks it would be a nightmare! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> He said I told him I didn't want to start w/ the babies again and I was at a age where I could go and do and I was going! Ok maybe I have thought it, but I haven't said it to him. But he knows we both agreed to get my tubes tied and we where waiting to spend some ALONE time as our D got older. And now in 7 or so weeks that is going to change. And maybe he feels like its getting close and if he does anything to hurt or not support what we have talked about, I will go. I have drawn my lines in the sand and I am waiting to see what happens. But he just kept real close to me yesterday and we had SF 3 time !!!! So let him dream on!! LOL

Kimmy, I always beleived your dreams tell you something. Mine always have. Think about the dream and its best if you tell, then you wont have them again. (For me anyway) Maybe its just the fear of that you have to get past. And I'm not sure if you ever get past that. Or could just be the devil putting things in your head. Didn't you say he's been working alot? And maybe the devil is just working on you to think that he's up to something. ((((((((Hugs)))))))) to you and I hope you get some rest tonight.

That's the thing Sunny - Nio calls me all the time when he's working (he wouldn't before - during the a). He's always hugging and kissing me now, and my ENs aren't a chore for him now (they were during the a). So, in daylight I'm safe and secure - and most nights I am, too. But every once in awhile, I get waylaid by a nightmare...and UG! I wake distraught and sick and I just can't shake it for awhile.

For me, they happen when I am stressed about something or feel like I am loosing ground.

They used to be so vivid that I would be crying and yelling while I slept. I remember the one I had before I told H I knew about the A, I was crying and sobbing so hard and screaming F this and that.

I have to admit, I have not had many in awhile.

Kimmy, for some interesting reading go to www.dreamdoctor.com. They talk about the signes that are in your dreams and alot of them are pretty close to what I am feeling. But I'd take it with a grain of salt. I wouldn't put my faith in it, but it is interresting reading. Most of your dreams are part of the way you feel about yourself or see yourself. Not about someone else and what they are doing.

Funny you bring up dreams. Last week I hit H in the nuts. Hard!!! LOL!! Have no idea what I was dreaming. He woke up about crying.
For the most part my bad dreams have stopped. When I am particularly stressed out during the day, I take a sleeping to sleep. No bad dreams. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

I am sorry you are feeling bad. Sorry about your dream. I have not had a dream about OW but I obsess about it during the day. Less now than before. I do dream about sex with husband. Sorry I got kicked off MB and could not get back on.

After I posted previous post I went to sleep and dreamed a dream. I dreamed I was at work and everybody was congraduating me for getting rid of my husband. Funny, last time I kicked him out people were happy for me. Even my boss came up to me in my dream and told me how much better off I was gonna be without my husband.

See? Even your sub-concious knows you're doing the right thing.

I feel like there is NO escape from her prescense EVER then. I had a dream last night & OW was there. She was picking up OC & she was w/ all her friends & her sister. I was just like nothing, jut watching her, like no big deal. They had a BIG bus, like a charter bus. LOL Then OW sister tried to intimidate me & was getting all up in my face & I was reading a magazine ignoring her & when she got so close that I couldn't read my magazine, I stood tall, got in her face & calmly told her that she did not want to start something w/ me right now because I was in no mood for her so she better just back off! (or something calm but tuff & cool like that) Then they all got in their bus & drove away!

Kimmy, I don't know when they stop, if ever, but I do know I wasn't having any before we met OC.

I had one when I first found out & I realized that it meant OW would take care of OC & GOD would take care of them, they would be 'ok' w/o us.

I had to bring this back up. I never had a dream about OW before. Well I had one last night. What a nightmare.

Here is how it came about.
Husband mentioned his fantasy about a threesome. I said well it is just like you had your threesome. You had me and OW in the same bed. He said he wanted two women in the bed with him at the same time. Mind you I have never done this in my life. I went along, although I doubt I could go through with it, and said well bring your OW but you will have to use condoms. He asked if he would keep having to change condoms. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> Did this man get a brain? I said maybe I would consider it if this woman would let me visit the baby. Husband said now you are trying to bargain. Big mistake to picture this sick fantasy of his. I go to sleep.

What a NIGHTMARE to have!

I think it just shows how you still feel insecure about OW, (& rightfully so) & somehow think she may be better than you or H thinks she is better than you---------uh hello? & who is the CHEATER?

Take care of yourself & don't even think about OW @ all! It's all about 'self-talk' baby! Think & talk to yourself positively & the emotions, feelings & attitude will follow!

I always thought I was the best till OW came along and husband refuses to tell me that I am better than OW. His silence leads me to beleive he thinks OW is better.
