Hi Kimmy,

Maybe your husband fears OW's Boyfriend might affect your control of situation and whether you might get custody of kids if OW were to mistreat the kids. I know from my standpoint I would be glad if OW would get a boyfriend so she could leave my husband alone.

I don't think that's it, Genia. No matter what, I do think that the kids would have a greater chance of being contributing members of society if they are raised in our house. I honestly don't see it happening over there. I've told you all her financial/housing sitch. There is also the bug-wuggies, not keeping up with the children's shots....

There is also the fact (tho probably not admissable) that her family CONDONES affairs. From her lips, she told me that she and her brothers are a product of affairs, and her mother was OW - her dad never left his W, and that her family all came second. She told me her mom told her it's not right, but she'd stand up beside her whatever she chose. How effed up is that?

Anyway. I digress. I'm so totally worn out today. Bone tired. Achingly tired. My joints ache, my knees feel numb. And to top it off, the IBS has hit again. Would whatever it is the universe is trying to do to me please stop? At least for a day?

Okay. I'll be better once I get some sleep, right? I was able to keep some dinner down last night...that's good, I guess. I'm down 7 lbs. and counting.

Nio told the children he's coming home tonight. We'll see.

Kimmy,

I feel for you. I just have trouble comprehending what these WH's keep doing. I hope he accepts the fact that OW got a boyfriend and dedicate himself to you. I think your situation is different from mine in that my husband never loved OW. She even called my house crying. I thought you loved me, I guess you just wanted me for sex. I was on the other end. I just wanted to scream at her, How could he need you for sex when he has all he wants at home. I hope your husband comes home like your kids said and never leaves again. It is so hard for me to actually face the reality of this. I just want to think this is just a very bad nightmare and I am gonna wake up, and everything is gonna be OK. But I am OK because I have set my boundaries and if he messes up again I will kick his butt out this time. I will tell him and give him the chance to do things right. But I will not pay the price of my self respect no more for his love or this marriage. Kimmy take care of yourself. I hope you get some sleep. I know you are hurting inside. You are not fooling me. That is why you are not sleeping or eating. I love you girl and hope you see many more better days.

It's not funny like ha-ha, it's funny like, um how ironic.

Those are MY words. Seriously. I turned over in bed and told dh the other night that I hope when I wake up the nightmare is over.

Yeah. I'm hurting. But it ain't gonna keep me from gettin' done what needs to be done.

Hi Kimmy,

You are gonna be alright and I am gonna be alright. What we are going through is just not natural. We were not brought up like that. But Kimmy, I know you are gonna set the law down and you are gonna be fine. I have changed my attitude and I am starting to stand up to my husband and I think he likes it. I told him today that he was not gonna control me and my kids. I will not allow it no more. I think we just got to set down the law with our men. If they love us they will stay. It is funny we were thinking the same thing. I think Nio will return to you and be faithful. I think you are on the money. You are a very smart girl.

He called and is on his way. He's gonna pick up some red corn tortillas on the way home (we can't get them here). I'll be able to make REAL enchiladas now!

He says he's really letting her go now. Again, we shall see....it's not like, you know, I've been doing this for almost two years or anything (well, 2 years in January).

Kimmy - Temporary set back. I think your H is on his way back from Fantasy Island. You will be fine. Keep being your supportive, sweet self. How can he resist that?

Kimmy,

You crack me up. I understand what you're going through isn't funny, but I still get a smile outta how you express yourself.

Thanx for the reply to the catfight thread. As to the empty barstool... best I drink alone for now.

Okie dokie. Today's update:

He stopped in SAT on the way home. Picked up the bambinos - we get them for a whole WEEK! YIPPEE!!!!!!

On a more personal level, though, judging by his 'tude, I'm thinking da kooze read him the riot act, and they are fini - IN HIS MIND NOW, since obviously he'd not gotten it thru his thick skull before...and I can say he's got a thick skull since I passed two of his big/thick headed kids! I'm guessing I earned that right (no matter how small Pep think an 8.14 lb baby is!).

So we are in withdrawl mode A-FREAKING-GIN! [censored]! I had the BEST past few months...we both did! ((((sigh)))) So, still in plan A even though, you know, I'd really, REALLY love to have had the w/d over with...my tum is KILLING me. I know (from experience) that this is the WORST time, he's gonna be second guessing himself, mopy, ugly, critical, and in mourning....UG! I also know this is the time he's most wanting to backslide....MAN! I hope da kooze is falling for her new guy!

UGUGUGUGUGUG!

So, gang. I'm tired. I'm thinking I need to call the doc and see if he will up my zoloft. I went ahead and took two last night after he called and told me he'd picked the kids up (200 mg - my usual dose is 100mg), knowing that she didn't want him back unless she got all of him, and she knows he's never gonna leave me (she told me she knew that). I feel like a rubber band stretched to it's limit.

Oh, and wanna hear something ultimately sad? My daughter called my work yesterday after I left and left a voicemail. She was crying, said she misses daddy so much, wants him to come home, and was begging me to come home....crying, sobbing thru the whole message. It was pitiful. I broke this am.

AND - Freakazoid Senor Grande Cabaza forgot my red tortillas!!!!! Dang it all! I wanted enchiladas!!!!!!!!! Now I'm gonna have to use those sub-standard white ones!

Kimmy,

Big hugs to you girl, hope you are feeling better soon, this all does take a toll on the body & the spirit doesn't it.

As long as you are still using that wicked sense of humor I won't worry too much.

Love ya!

Sorry, I just read this right now.

Man, I don't think I would have been that cool under the pressure.

I'm glad the plan A is working for you I guess BUT-----I would be really, really, really angry about his 'still sleeping w/ her' comment. I don't know if I could over look that one.

And how do you know that OW didn't just love to hear about that....ya know? in a flattering kind of way?

Either way-----you know your H, you live w/ him, you love him....so I can see where only YOU would really know what's going on but jeez-------how 'jr-hi' is that? to say he's sleeping w/ her? (well the sleeping w/ her part might be more college----LOL---but the saying it is so jr-hi LOL)

Was he trying to make you jealous so he could gratify his own ego---for feeling 'wanted'---since his 'ego' went down a notch since some OW could actually 'get over HIM' & not want him anymore.
kwim? lol

That's my 'assesment'.

Hope your diet ends soon-----part & parcel for the coaster ride right?

a tune comes to mind---"on the great space coaster, whoawhoa, on the great space coaster----off we go!.....get on board, step inside, heading for a magic ride, on the great space coaster off we go!" LOL

I don't think it had anything to do with his ego, KT (BTW: I've been sending you funnies....doancha check your email?).

I think he wanted me to hate him as much as he hates himself.
