Cody I agree with KT. Sorry it went that way though. I know legally I can ask for xmm's last 3 years and have done so. Every three years when we go for an increase I can ask him as well. In my court order it states that if my attorney feels he lied or hide anything I can ask for whatever it takes. Including but not limited to credit applications that he just purchased things like large things cars houses etc. She probaly was insulted, but oh well. Maybe for her child's sake she will work something out with your dad.

The latest. The OW supplied her financial info. Dad has agreed to pay her tutition but anything else the OW will have to pay for herself. Dad will not put anything in writing. OW does not like that but tough ****. I am very proud of dad for doing this for OC.
