how to manage stress 1. Keep a positive attitude 2. Accept that there are events that you cannot control. 3. Be assertive instead of aggressive."Assert" your feelings, opinions, or beliefs instead of becoming angry, defensive, or passive. 4. Learn and practice relaxation techniques.. seek out social support <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> and most of all Learn to manage you time more effectively...
i found this to help every now and then maybe this can help someone out there...
