This morning on the radio they did a dial in for people to fess up their "guilty pleasures." What's yours? What can you not give up - it can be anything from fluffenutters to you secretly listening to Donnie and Marie albums (one lady that called in said she goes out to the garage and putters in order to listen to them on her turntable - there are some sick puppies out there...).

For me, there are many: I'm a glam/nerd. I'm very girly, have a collection of Barbies (go figure), but LOVE all things comic-y - dh has HIS comic collection - but guess what??? I've got my own! Yep. And I began collecting BEFORE meeting him...like, years before.

I'm addicted to Smallville and Enterprise (and formally Farscape...sniff...but it's off the air) on TV...but secretly, when dh isn't home, I watch QVC. Shhhhhh. Don't tell. If he walks in while it's on, I make a dash for the remote, all flustered and stuff, change the channel while saying, "How'd THAT get on there. Must've been one of the kids playing with the remote...." Never bought a thing, but dreamt of it.

Oh, and most current food fetish....must take a zantec now before reading, just the reading of it will eat a hole in your tummy....movie theatre sized pickles and Nerds or SweetTarts.

C'mon Sunny you can do better than that. We all KNOW that you and dh love running around nekkid at your Ark. paradise. There's no guilty shame in that. HE'S YOUR HUSBAND. It's your right. It was in the small print at the bottom of your marriage certificate that stated, "the above mentioned parties shall have every right to run around shamelessly nekkid in the woods at their retirement getaway." Didnja read that part?

I'm talking that you have a secret garden gnome fetish and collect them extensively....nobody knows and would be shocked to find out. Or some gawd awful food combo that you simply MUST have sometimes. C'mon girl THINK!

I think these BOARDS are my guilty pleasure!!

Judging on the amount of minimizing I do here all day--- and judging by the way I scream for the kids and husband to "GET OUT" when I'm at home.... (they think I'm reading and writing something SO VERY ALLURING since they are banished from reading over my shoulder)....

Other than that--- I'm with Kimmy-- I LOVE to fix and fuss over girlie stuff- fixing the play room all the time so that all the prettiest barbies, clothes, shoes and baby doll accesories are all in my sight when I walk in. I DO have a passion for pink and purple and frilly girlie accessories, purses, makeup, etc. I HATE that I can't wear glitter on my body or pink cashmier sweaters anymore (cause my BOOBS will look like PINK elephants.. LOL)..

I agree I think my guilty pleasures are all the girlie stuff. I'm a fanatic about it. If you saw my daughter you would understand. She is almost like my little live barbie doll. I love to just dress her up, fix her room up (it's all lacey, and frilly with ballerina's).

I love to decorate and change up my house. I have so many decorating magazines it is unreal. Shopping is another I think I shop more than I eat!! Go Figure!!

Well kimmy the guilt comes from having my D stay w/SIL, and SIL inviting OW/OC over to visit. So I feel guity for putting my child in that situation. Oh and then for my child to hear from the OW ask "why her mommy and daddy didn't take her? Or Why we didn't stay in town so we could see the OC. So thats where the guilty part is. Guilty about running around nekkid w/ my hunny? NO WAY! As far as a feddish. Love to spell the Geo-gio aqua-de something on my NEKKID hunny's body. Oh and peanut butter and bananna sam-wich! The boards are a guilty thing for me...but I miss Tig and Aut. Wish they were here, too.

I miss them too Kimmy, where are they? What the heck happened to this board? It stopped helping a long time ago. I miss you girls dearly, I can't sign on our other group from work so I just browse this one.

Yep, THIS is 1 of my GP. obvious since I hardly get to post anymore. I don't know whats going on w/ anybody anymore! Also, Desperate Housewives! Yes, I feel a little guilty watching it. tsk tsk! (I guess not enough to stop though)
