Okay, so she quit calling my H's cell phone. Major plus. But, she has called now EVERYDAY for a week! (READ PREVIOUS POSTS)

Last night she called the house to make sure that my H was going to pick OC up from daycare tonight because XOW had an appointment from 3-6pm. H said yes, he would be there. OC wanted to talk to my H and our children, when finished my H was saying his goodbyes and OC asked to speak to mommy. XOW gets on the phone and tells my H that OC wanted to speak with me. I guess OC is now calling both XOW and me "mommy". I get on the phone and OC makes a point to tell me that XOW's new BF is there, OC doesn't sound too happy about it (she's four) and tells me in a tone of voice that suggests she's trying to get XOW in trouble. It was really quite comical. After hearing all about the cartoon she was watching OC whispers "I love you, mom"....Ooh it was so sweet it broke my heart!

Here's the thing, though:

We had arranged to pick OC up from daycare so that my H wouldn't have to deal with XOW face-to-face.

Then XOW called at 9am this morning to tell my H that OC isn't well enough to attend daycare today (even though she's not running a fever (for 48hrs) and isn't coughing, just has a slight runny nose (clear)). My H was in a hurry and told her he'd call her back in a few hours to figure things out. So, now my H will HAVE to meet with XOW to pick up OC and will HAVE to do it before I'm off of work because of XOW's appointment. XOW knows my work schedule and I can't help feeling like she's doing this on purpose.

My H keeps telling me that once the paperwork is finalized with the judge we can adhere to the boundaries and that he will inform XOW in no uncertain terms that she will abide by the rules, but it's increasingly difficult to be patient.

I don't understand. I keep praying for patience. Harder every day. XOW is getting on my last nerve.

AVNL,

Of course she's doing it on purpose.

Can you take off work early to accompany your H since this is something you feel strongly about?

I agree with CLO,
I Agree, I think she's doing it on purpose also,
And definatly get off work early if possible and go with H.
Keep praying, it does help, but more importantly give it to God.
