If anyone is from canada here, i sure could use some advice.

lawyer sent paperwork to H and she is asking for 730 a month. We have so many bills with house cars credit cards what have you, that he can't afford it.

what are our options? can we claim undue hardship? does the judge look at our expenses as well as income?

I don't want to lose my house because of this little Bytch and her B*stard child.

Have you tried calling an attorney for a FREE consult?

I did that with about 9 diff counselors and just got about all the info i would need to handle most of it myself initially.

That child is just as innocent as YOU and your kids. I truely understand your upset right now, but what your husband and ow did is what it is. Not the child. I'm not trying to flame you, it just erks me when someone calls a child born out of wedlock that.
