I just wanted to add. I just found out that the breaks on my brother's truck were bad and kraft knew about it and did nothing to fix them. He complained several times and even that mourning of the accident but they did nothing!

I am so upset now!

Dawn, what an aweful tragedy, and to think it could've been avoided. As much as I hate lawsuits and disagree with many that are filed, I think your family has just cause to file against Kraft for negligence resulting in your brother's death. That's the least that could be done to spare your poor family any more suffering. His children should be taken care of for the rest of their lives at the expense of the company that in turn caused this fatality. Just my opinion...

Thanks!

I guess we have to wait and see you exactly was responsible for fixing the truck because
i guess kraft did not own the trucks. They belong to a trucking company. And we don't know if the people tried to try to fix it. I think regardless they did not do their job right otherwise the brakes would not have failed.
