Remember my story about the psycho OW who claimed to have had a tubal pregnancy, aborted it, then suddenly had the fetus implanted into her uterus, of which we owed $5000 for the procedure?
Geesh, what a very long run-on sentence!!
Anyway, the other couple she was harassing informed us that the OW had her husband arrested for domestic violence and battery back in December. I guess she finally snapped and took her anger out on him, since our restraining order prevents her from contacting my husband.
We don't know exactly what happened, but I wonder if he's innocent of these charges (as I was innocent of the charges against me). According to the court records, he pleaded not guilty and his attorney is seeking a dismissal if nothing more happens after 6 months. I'm getting a strong case of deja vue here.
I do have a question for anyone who may know.....the attorney that the husband is using is also his wife's attorney. Since she filed charges against him, wouldn't this be a conflict of interest? She used this attorney to file for divorce (dismissed) a few years back, and now he's using the same attorney for this case.
Confused yet? Good....so am I.
All we're hoping for is that the courts finally take a good look at the OW's antics and tell her to get a life. She's wasted alot of taxpayer's dollars by falsely accusing people of doing something to her and lets the state do all of the legal work.
Sorry, I didn't mean for this to sound like a rant. I just haven't posted much lately and figured I'd let those who helped me with advice know how things are going.
