Has anyone successfully kept NC with OW while having C with OC? That is the only acceptable scenario for my WH to stay in our home at this point. He feels a moral responsibility to this OC (if it is indeed his) and I respect that. But the addiction to the OW is such that I will not stay M'd to WH unless NC with the OW.

If xow will agree to you or a third party doing pick-ups and deliveries, that would be no-contact. It could be arranged by court or mediator.

I agree, it can be arranged through the courts, but I wouldn't bet on OW agreeing to it unless the courts make it mandatory.

We haven't gotten a hearing yet, it will be scheduled later next month. I am sort of upset that my H won't be more firm about NC with XOW. He doesn't want to "lose OC" again. It's causing problems. OW refuses to allow C with OC without being immediately involved in everything. IMO most XOWs won't.

It just makes everything infinitely harder. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

That is what I was afraid of. OW's goal is to be M'd to my WH. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> I don't see that happening even if I D my WH. If OW will be that difficult then she is setting up OC to have no daddy. Whose loss is that? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

Yes, in my sitch, XOW is (and always will be, I'm afraid) madly in love with my WH. She does everything she can to keep herself tied to him in one way or another.

I live everday of my life knowing that by accepting my H's choice for contact I may be sealing the fate of my marriage. I have to trust that my H isn't going to choose to end our marriage.

Shaky ground.

Hugs,
AVNL
