It might just take my mind off all the other problems for a short time. <P>Why is it that when you are in a parking lot trying to get to a parking space the people on foot are always walking down the middle of the asile? Are they doing this delibertly? I notice this especially at Wal-Mart. If you don't have a Super Wal-Mart in your town don't knock it till you've tried it. (can you tell where i've just come from?) This has been bugging me for a long time. <P>------------------<BR>Peg

They just can't make a choice (gee, this is beginning to sound like a wandering spouse!). Therefore, the two warring sides of their pysche lead them to walk right in the middle. Practically speaking, this optimizes their chances of getting hit...<BR>Kathi

We wouldn't want any hipocracy.<P>I think it's just thoughtlessness. The same mind numbing lack of attention to what people are doing with themselves that characterizes most or our lives. They probably don't know why they went to the store in the first place, or why they bought what they bought. Why "Doritos" instead of a banana? Why didn't they go to the library? Who would ever thing about it? Do you really need a "Maxim" maganize? When you think about it, I'm amazed they manage to remember where they parked the car.<p>[This message has been edited by nonplused (edited February 03, 2000).]
