Hi All,
I've decided not to get my W a thing for V-day...
She has no intention of spending it w/me...In fact she will sleep w/LRB in my bed!!!!
She probobly expects me to get her something so I won,t...The following day she gets the plan-b letter...
I think she will take my letter more seriously this way...
She knows how I feel I gave her an I miss you card last week...
Please pray for the good lord to give me the strength and courage to adhere to zero contact, for the duration...
Bill
"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed." It says a lot about you that she would see that absence of a Valentines gift as a sign. I don't expect anything and we are in recovery. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)

Bill,
You are right! She already knows how you feel. And by giving her the gift she might not take the Plan B letter seriously. This will definitely throw her off. Gosh, I wonder how she's going to react to your letter. Only 5 more days huh? You have been pampering and pacifying her needs long enough. It's time for her to see how voided her life will be without you.
Bill, I'm continuing to pray for your marriage. I believe that their is still much hope. Hang in there friend!

------------------
"If you can learn from the mistakes of others, you won't have to make them youself."
lady_divine77@yahoo.com

I'm with you m'man!!!
I too think she will be thrown off by no V-day wishes... and the plan B letter will have much more impact. Maybe off balance she will get a little bit scared and start to think... it seems to me that with the security of knowing she has you to fall back on should she need/want to, she can pursue her 'selfish' interests with a little less thought of the repercussions... I believe when people know that there's no security they are a little more careful where they step... if you doubt me, ask any tightrope walker!!!
Deut

Hey Bud!
Sorry I haven't been around much lately. I'm just wanted to tell you that the worst part of Plan B or Plan V [for me] was the anticipation of starting it and the first few days of implementation.
I haven't spoken or seen Val in the last 25 days. I can't say that we haven't had contact. I sent her the "thanks for not calling me...it's making the withdrawl from you easier" letter. And her "reply" card, "I don't know what to think or what to make of this".
I don't know if it's the fact that I am working so much or not, but, I'm am having a BLAST. I have turned back into the "old" Tim of years gone past. I'm have returned to my social butterfly status/personality. Harmless flirting with nurses and the like. I occasionally briefly think of my W, but, it doesn't have the sharp pain in the gut that makes you double over and wish you were dead.
I have even kidded about taking applications for my third W. They say three's a charm! This time I will definately get it right.
You have to decide about the plant and/or card. I'm not getting Val anything for VALentines day. She knows how I feel, well, felt. No use beating a dead horse's [censored].
You will make the right choice for your situation. Happy day Pal! Youv'e got more than enough love and caring right here.
Take care,
Tim
