Well, it's not tacos, but I have a great recipe for a chili tortilla bake that I pulled out of a Sunday coupon circular. Let me find it and I'll post it.

Ok! I give up, the tacos are yours(smile)
Chicken tacos
24 pack of thin corn tortillas (preferrably Perez Tortillas)
2-3lbs(depending on appetite of diners) of boiled chicken shredded and seasoned or (do what I do when I am in a hurry, throw in Pace Picante sauce and mix for flavor)
1 fry pan with at least an inch of oil(hot)
Take your tortilla, partially fill with seasoned chicken and roll like a cigar
Fry holding open end down(if that makes sense ) It should catch quick if oil is hot. Fry until all sides are crispy not burned. Similar to a regular taco except it's shaped like a cigar. Stack in corriander or plate with newpaper to catch grease.
Serve with sour cream, guacamole dip, salsa or artichoke/spinach dip. 54th st. Bar & Grill serve their Biggie Basket like that.
Season chicken - Boiled chicken shredded, add oregano, cumin, celantro, onion, diced tomatoes to taste. Also garlic if you like.
Salsa - Can of whole tomato, oregano, celantro, onion, 1 jalapeno(or more if you dare), garlic, and/or add a tomatillo. Blend in blender.
If you try this, let me know how you like it.
Have a great day!
