Well, I have to say that I am proud of myself! It has been exactly one week since I contacted my H. I am currently trying the 180/last resort approach in DB.
I haven't seen any improvement yet except that I feel better by not having him messing with my head.
I need some advice though...
My daughter (6yrs old) is having bad dreams at night. She says her dreams all basically consist of her, her biological father, and I all being together somewhere like camping and my H showing up and killing her and I in some way.
It is very disturbing to me. I am going to take her to counseling with me tonight. She was very close to her step-dad and loved him very much. He hasn't tried to contact her since he left. The only contact has been initiated by me about two weeks ago when I had to use him as a babysitter (I won't do THAT again!!).
Anyway, I know whe is hurting. I need some advice as to how to help her. It gets better every day that she doesn't see him so is it wrong of me to think of NOT letting her see him if he asks?
We were married for a year and a half. He has been in her life since she was 3. I just want to do what is best for her.
HELP!!!
