Yesterday was a very depressing for myself and my H. I did several LB all day. I am starting to take meds for my depression and my H is willing to as well for his. However, even though it was a bad day, he hasn't been in the mood for make loving since I found out about OW. Last night he wanted this and today he is in a really good mood. Last night we went to bowling, I left about 1 hour before he did because of the kids. When he got home he was more less in the same mood as during the day, but he had two beers before he came home. My question really is there a possiblity he saw and talked with OW? She went back home to her H and (after my H told her he is trying to make our marriage work) her H is there during the evenings. We have been working on this for 3 weeks, or maybe he is getting over his depression?

I think you should be honest. Tell him of your concern about last night. And ask him if he had any contact. Do all this without anger and LBing. Tell him you will not be mad, but you two are suppose to be honest about your feelings, good and bad. And you feel uncomfortable. Thank him for being honest with you, even if you do not like the answer. It is hard, but try to accept good moods as a reflection of how well ya'll are coming along. Keep up the good work! Victoria
