H does not want a legal seperation, but a Divorce. Finally I must stop trying to save my marriage. I feel like I've been doing it for so many months and now I know it is over.Got a response from his attorney and he's trying to take my son. He has no feelings for the children, or how could anyone in his right mind do such a thing. He deserted us, and now thinks he doesn't want me to have sole custody because of "my one moment of weakness and loss of faith in God"
But God and my angel(our still-born baby )came to my rescue and for that I am truly grateful.
I will move on the best way I can.
I watched the "Story of US" last night, and reommend it for those that question thier marriages.Betrayers and betrayed alike. Maybe it will help. Maybe it will not be too late for you, like it is for me.
I will visit this site now and again, to see how you guys are doing, but as for me, I have finally given up.
If you would like to e-mail me I can be reached at angelmom3@rglobal.net I would like to chat with others. As support is always important when you are dealing with the same things.
If there is someone out there that is now going through a Divorce and can help me deal with this new phase of my life, I'd also appreciate hearing from you.
Take care and thanks for all your support.
Tyra
Tyra,
Yup and it is a bummer! There are a few that are divorcing or have divorced. You still get support, it just doesn't apply to a working relationship. I apply all the knowledge to my new life. I am a smart cookie in the his needs/her needs area. Take care and good luck. Be good to yourself!
G

{{{{Tyra}}}}}
For starters, DON"T LEAVE. Just because its over, doesn't mean you have to leave here.
I went through where you are, on Valentine's Day, as a matter of fact, look for my post on Feb 15 to see how distraught I was.
If someone told me a month later, I would be where I am today, I would have never believed it. I gave up on my marriage and the recovery of it. I started focusing on me, and its going along ok. I have set backs, but I am alive and well.
Stick around, you have much to offer, and we all are here still!
Dana
