W is getting closer to finding a job. Which means closer to one of us moving out. I've been praying that God would block her efforts to find work but it seems instead that the flood gates are openning for her to find work.
Pray that she decides to stay under the same roof through the summer so that Plan A can have an effect.
It seems that Plan A is doing very little. W seems very happy lately. Not because of Plan A but because she can see "freedom" on the horizon.
Also pray that I can keep my faith in God's plan. It seems that He is helping to ruin this family. But I know God wouldn't do that.
I ALWAYS get an answer when this group prays. and tonight is a criticle time because tomorrow she may be offered a full-time position. It looks almost inevitable.
The good news is OM is out of the picture completely. (according to W)

My prayers are with you... and I'll light another candle.
Butterfly
------------------
There are deep sorrows and killing cares in life, but the encouragement and love of friends were given us to make all difficulties bearable.
-- John Oliver Holmes
The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference.
-- Elie Wiesel

Gotcha, hopefull_1
Candle's lit, what's one more prayer on top of all those I've already offered ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
Just remember though that unanswered prayers are God's will, too.

------------------
Allen
sparky_dog_mb@yahoo.com

I humbly suggest you change your prayer from blocking your wife's efforts to God's will in restoring your marriage.
Maybe working full time may give her the feeling of freedom without actually having to leave your marriage.
The results of Plan A are sometimes hard to detect. It may be working far more than you know.
Remember, don't beg, don't plead. Stick to your own convictions...and don't listen to that couselor.
------------------
Faith, Hope, Love Remain,
but the greatest of these is Love.
1 Corinthians 13:13

oh, FHL,
Your posts are like water to a parched dry soul. I sincerely hope you are right. I don't see any signs of improvement though. I can't express the pain I feel inside. This is so unbearable.
I told her that maybe God is openning the doors for full time employment so that we can have a break from each other without moving apart. She said, "I'm not getting a full-time position just to live with you. If I get a full-time position we are separating." I don't think I've found the Plan A niche that I am supposed to be in. Thanks for your encouragement, I hope you are right.

OH I second what FHL says...she IS seeing it I promise. (remember I am the betrayer)
But it is a very very fine line and it borders on annoying and smothering and Any misstep (love buster) sends you back 10 spaces, lose a turn, do not pass go or collect 200 dollars.
But I *promise* she *is* seeing. but to admit it would be to admit she made a mistake, she's not ready to to that.
And I do agree, maybe fulltime work will give her an identity away from the OM.
Maybe that is what she is searching for.
((((hopeful 1 and prayers))))))))

------------------
Cat
catfrommb@yahoo.com

acacia,
Much appreciated. You're not too late. No word yet on job situation. The good news is, now we have all weekend to pray about this.
to all of you,
I have felt your prayers today. They have trasformed my outlook. I'm trying to brush off the dust and get back in the saddle of the Plan A horse.

I will put you and your W on my prayer list, Hopeful_1. I feel the same way that you do today. I'm afraid I pleaded with Lor today to believe that God's will is to save our family and our marriage. I keep praying for God to soften Lor's heart and to not rush into this divorce. I'm afraid pleading just isn't going to cut it. It sounds to needy, even though I do have faith that God will answer all the prayers that are being sent our way by so many people.
I know God's will is not to ruin your family, but to make it stronger than ever. I think that God let me choose my way, knowing how far that I would fall, to mold me and make me a stronger person for my family. I see it in so many things that I do. I find myself now witnessing all of the time, about his Grace and Love that he has for us all. I even witness to my children now. The oldest one is not sure what to think, all though she did find me kind of goofy listening to Christian music, something I used to do many years ago. The youngest one is just ecstatic. She has such a pure and bright soul. She just reaches over and gives me this big hug and kiss on my nose tonight, and says "I'm proud of you dad!" Wow! That felt so good! Now, if I could just get Lor to give me a peck on the nose. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/wink.gif)
Prayers coming your way. Take care, Kevin

Guard,
Thanks so much. I will keep you in my prayers too. I too have become very attached to my Bible and pray more regularly now than I ever have. I am thanking God for causing that change in my behavior through this disaster.
Catapillar,
I hope you and FHL are right. Sometimes I think I might see a glimps of hope from her then I dismiss it as wishfull thinking, seeing what I want to see. Then she will say or do something that makes it seem that she won't turn around – ever. You and FHL have been extremely helpful in getting me back on my feet when I'm really down. Thank you.
