Tim,
About that second date, I/we are working on it. Her x can't take the kids every other weekend as he works with trade shows so he is goen alot of weekends I guess. I did notice she has the same weekends without the kids that I do so that is a plus.
She has an 8-9yo and a 3 yo and she hasn't indicated as of yet if she is willing to get a baby sitter. I think money is tight for her as she only works part time. Either that or I'm not sitter worthy yet!!!!! LOL!
------------------
"You can't always get what you want! Good Deal Bob,
I was just wondering if it was uncomfortable to be dating again? Did you ever think of the X during the date?
I went out with an XGF awhile ago and kept thinking about Val the whole night.
I guess after the divorce the rules will change for me.
I'm glad you met someone nice. Hope you get that second date, Pal. You deserve it.
Wishing us all the Best.
Tim

I was nervous, but the weather was so freakin bad that it took a lot of concentration while driving. If this had een something work related, I would have said the weather was too bad.
I didn't feel guilty, I tried to steer away from marriage and our divorces as topics, but it was hard as this is something both of us have in common.
As for thoughts of my x, I didn't have any problems there as this woman is quite beautiful. The hard part was to not let my emotions get away with me.

------------------
"You can't always get what you want!
