If you are going to post a long topic or response, please separate it with spaced
paragraphs rather than one continuous run.
It certainly makes it easier to read and follow.
See what I mean?
[censored] from Texas

I agree with that one.
I also would like to see two more forum headings. One for the ones that are getting divorced and one for divorced and moving on.
That way we could incourage each other as we face divorce. And help each other after it is over.
What do you guys think?
Maybe that would be too many. But I feel like the ones that get divorced do not come back very often, and I would really like to here from them for some positive comments that everything does have a purpose and we will be ok.

The suggestion about posts is a good one. It is very difficult to follow a long post without paragraph separation.
I will pass the suggestion for the additional forums on to Steve. A forum for the soon-to-be divorced has been suggested in the past. Would you want a separate forum for people divorcing as a result of infidelity, or would it be appropriate to group all soon-to-be divorced together regardless of the reasons they/you are there?
Thank you all for the feedback.
------------------
Tempest, Moderator
Marriage Builders
Infidelity Forum

As to the divorce topic, it would not matter to me as too which heading it was under.
I just think we could all support each other when and if we have to go through this.

Tempest,
Thanks so mush for thinking about a forum for those who are going through a divorce. I think it would be wonderful!
Please also consider a forum for those of us who are divorced, but feel the MB principles helped us through this very difficult time. Even though we may have "failed" at our marriage, we have not failed in our lives.
------------------
Susan

I'd like to throw in my 2 cents worth here too...
Definately separate the long posts into paragraphs! It helps to get replys when the posts are easier to read!!
RE: the Divorce Forum..... YES PLEASE! The additional support and advice specifically for divorcing/divorced spouses would be appreciated. I know others have also mentioned that they (we) don't feel like we fit in sometimes, because the marriage is not being built anymore.
Thanks Bunches,
Butterfly
------------------
There are deep sorrows and killing cares in life, but the encouragement and love of friends were given us to make all difficulties bearable.
-- John Oliver Holmes
The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference.
-- Elie Wiesel

Tempest,
I am one going thru a divorce, but I don't want to leave here because I have gotten so much support from the friends I've made.
It would be great to have a forum for divorcing/divorced people!! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]

I will write this in paragraphs. Yes!
Re: Divorce forum. I think a general forum would do for now (like the old Infidelity Forum); It would include people about to separate or get a divorce, those who are going through the process and those who are already divorced.
It wouldn't matter if the cause were infidelity; the process of splitting drains us emotionally whatever the cause.
Alex
------------------
Live fully and always learn
