Today was the first real diet day.<P>H was gone 6 hours this morning for a 2 hour church service.<P>He came home at 3:30. Left at 5:00 to get back to church for 6:00 service. <P>It's 10:00 now and he's still gone. <P>So far today he's spent 11 hours attending 3 hours of church services.<P>I did real good until a hour ago. In the last hour it really got to me. I've ate everything I can find in the house! <P>I don't know if I'll explode from anger or from stuffing myself with food.<P>Calm down Keo. Get over it Keo. Keo,<P>Wouldn't ya know, something like this would happen on your first diet day? It's ok though.<P>Just start over. I have another idea. When it gets tough and you want to eat, post something here or email someone or find someone to chat with or call someone. Anything except eating all of the carrots in one night! Yep... Start again....<P>When I would get upset over something like that while I was dieting..... I would jump on the treadmill and run like a crazy woman! I couldn't believe how much better I felt after I finally couldn't run anymore....<P>Everyone deals with stress in their own way. Don't feel badly... you will get there...<P>Heres to a new day.....

I have one word for you: Meridia.<P>It's expensive but it works. I've lost 20 pounds in the month that I've been on it.
