Hey Cat,
Thanks so much for asking about me. I have been lurking and try to post when I have a few minutes.
I have been doing alot of reading on DB site about MLC. Trying to see what I can do if anything to keep my marriage intact. Though I do not see it happening.
Here is the scope so far. H came home for a month (kinda, he still had to travel with his job) He started his shaking thing again. He left for out of town again for work and called and said the he could not do this, meaning work on our marriage. IT was going to literally kill him, because of his nerves.
I told him that he had an anexiety disorder and it could be treated, and then he accused me of trying to dope him up. Geez.
He just wants out and he told me he thinks he is having a MLC. So I told him that I loved him enough to let him go. The he said who knows, what will happen to us in the furture, we could get back together. He still wants to date me, do things together as a family ect.
He is an area manager and a manager trasnfered so he had to leave to cover that duty until he can get some one hired so, he has been living out of town for almost a month now.
He came home to spend the night once when I was gone with our oldest daughter for a girl scout overnight. He stayed with our other two kids. Then when I got back he acts like we are still married. He has me lay down with him on the bed and holds me ect ect ect.
We go shopping for groceries. We do our taxes and then he leaves again.
Then he comes home for oldest daughter concert, (she plays the flute and picalo) and he asks if he can stay the night so he won't have to drive back. We went out for ice cream after the concert as a family and came home as a family and went to bed as a family.
He kisses me good bye the next morning.
OUr oldest daughter is turning 18 this sunday and he is driving back for BBQ together as a family and is taking our son back with him for it is spring break. Then I am driving to meet him next week to switch kids and celebrate youngest daughter's birthday.
Now telling you all this, am I the confused one here, or it is him?
He wants a divorce, wants his freedom. but then acts like this.
I do not know what to think. Our first court date is April 3, I think. I am still trying to plan A. Though I am going back to college this summer to start my teaching degree. I already have a degree in business, but feel like this is where I want my life to head. I have been substituting for about a month and have really enjoyed it.
Do you mind telling me where in Mo do you live? I could give you my email address.
I do want to thank you for following up on me. I do follow your post too. The day you were sick I tried to post but the computer would not take my post.
Another thing, my in laws are treating me like dirt. That is a whole other story. It is like I am married to their son for 19 years. I have taken them to the hospital, cooked and clean their house when the were sick. I am the mother of their only grandchildren. Then their son cheats on me, and I get treated like dirt from them.
I will call in the story of the china cabinet. If you want to hear it just let me know.
How are you doing?
Becky
