I found this article today in Psychology Today. It makes a lot of sense, The first few sections can do most people here a lot of good if you are getting back together with your spouse.
Psychology Today
------------------
Prayers & God Bless!
Chris
For relationship info check out Marriage & Relationship Resources
[This message has been edited by Chris (CA123) (edited April 06, 2000).]

Ditto, Chris. I agree with that article whole-heartedly. Wish my ex did. It confirms my decision to not get remarried, that is for sure. What is sad, is that my ex believes his life and relationship success will magically improve if Ms. Right comes along. I don't know how many times I told him stuff similar to what this article said. Oh well. Se la vie.
[This message has been edited by TheStudent (edited April 06, 2000).]

Thanks Chris,
I enjoyed the article. Forwarded to stbx.
I know jumping into another relationship is NOT what I'm looking for.
Thanks to MB and everyone on this site I hope I can apply the lessons I've learned far far in the furture. If I choose to ever want another one. I'll second that on the article. About as close to the truth on a second marriage as you can get. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Except, there is only one thing worse.
