We have 2 computers. The first one broke down and the same day H bought a new one .
H is having a on line affair.
He told me this morning a friend was trying to fix the broken computer
I asked him if he was thinking about moving out. What would we do with the fixed computer.
(I was thinking that he would take one computer and leave the other one for the boys.
He said he was not planning on moving out,and that we would leave the other computer "on hand".
Iasked him if I was LBing and he said no.
When he told me he wasnt planning on moving out I didnt beleive him. How can I beleive what he says, when he has lied repeatedly.
I feel so anxious all the time. How can I remain positive, not be clinging, not talk about my fears, not tell him how much i love him.
Every action he takes I interpret for the worst. I need to get alot better at plan a.
Veterans of plan A ,advice, encouragement.bethn

Beth,
I think you'd find some of the replies I (and others) gave to Lora and her post somewhat helpful! On "what to do"... and "communications"...
Check out...How to say my feelings without it being a LB.
You've also got to accept that you can change on You... not your H...
Plan A is a "you"-building time!
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Jim
[This message has been edited by NSR (edited April 12, 2000).]

Yes Beth, join me in remedial plan A. I'm trying to not think the worst, try to think more positively and treat him more positively too. Repeat it with me, we can only work on ourselves. I still don't think I have it! Good luck!
Lora
