My husband finally made an offer on the Lake Lot! Can get us 5 miles away from X-wife (who bought a house 4 doors across the street about a month ago), and away from OW (Who lives directly behind X-wife - and her mother lives directly behind us!!!)<P>They counter offered... He is truly truly serious!!!!! <P>It is a fixer, this is for sure. And we aren't done with the one we are in! But, I think we can swing it. He thinks we can swing it also. <P>Next door is a friend who is sort of mentoring me - she was a social worker, and now is a psychology professor - and we've been working on some projects together. Her husband is a pastor - he is down to earth, and he thinks a lot of me and my husband.<P>I know I would feel safe there (it isn't as isolating as where I live now!), and her husband has so many things in common with my husband: woodworking, fishing, building, and investing!!!! <P>Please keep on praying that the Lord provides the means for this to happen! You guys are great <P>Pahakissa1 - Reminders have been icky!!! I usually have my curtains pulled open to let in the sunshine, (and I love sunshine!) - but I have had them drawn for so long, and am constantly calling our son in! When my husband is outside working on the house I try and get right beside them to keep guard! Icky Icky Icky!!!! This will be nice to feel like I am not under a microscope - or that there are these predators whizzing by all the time! It will be so nice reminding myself that I don't have to watch my husband pull out of the driveway to see which way he goes! And my husband that loves to ride his 3 wheeler around town - won't have to feel like he has to watch what street he goes down! And I won't have to drive 7 miles out of my way for milk when there is an undesirable at the corner store! You have no idea how this is going to help.<P>NSR!! Isn't this wonderful! Yes, things are getting better around here. Husband called 1.5 hours ago and said he was going to call the guy and send him $1000 to hold it until we have our financing figured out. (Does that mean that we are accepting their counter? Sounds like it! YES!!) <P>Sir Hurts A Lot,<BR>I think it will help mentally AND PHYSICALLY. I think just being in a place where you feel safer - where you feel you have a place to get help if you need it, or even having my husband realize that I am not isolated will help tremendously.
