Hi Sheba & other WebTV users:<P>I have a question. I am a WebTV user and yesterday, I did an update on my system.<P>My question is--have you had any problems accessing an entire post to see the rest of the page? I was in bc's Post and was trying to read all of the responses and I was unable to.<P>On the bottom, it said, "page is too big to be shown completely..."<P>Are any of you having similar problems? I'd be interested to know if this is universal or just with my terminal.

Hi Mitzi,<P>Thanks for replying. I'm not sure what WebTV system you are on, "Classic" or the "Plus," but I have the old "Classic" version.<P>So far, it's happenned to me about 10+ times....sometimes when I am trying to read the rest of someone's Posts & Replies....also when I am on Ebay.<P>I don't know what is going on but it is really annoying. I do notice that it has started occurring a lot, ever since I did yesterday's update....

Hi NoTrust -<P>I actually know the answer to this!!!<BR>LOL!!!!<P>It has to do with the limited memory (especially of the "classic") and you have to shut it off, restart and go directly to what it is that you are trying to read....<P>I had this trouble right from the start, I would try to read some very long pages and would get that message. Since the MB threads were split into pages, I haven't had the problem here since. <P>I still run into it at other sites where the pages are very long and you will only get so much until that darn message comes up.....there isn't anything more you can do but restart and what you get is all you will be allowed with the insufficient memory..<P>Try to restart and go directly to the post and see if it works.......<P>Hugs,<P>Sheba
