Dear friends: How are you doing? I have not been on board since last week, I think. How is your week going? I am still here and taking each day as I get it. Today, my head was feeling a bit heavy, but I got a tomato stake and propped it up. I thought about OM all night and trying my best to get him out of my system so I can focus on my spouse more. Sometimes I think the more I try, the worse it becomes.
I am not too bad today. I have been keeping my mind busy and working on the positive side of life. So far doing good.
Tonight, watch movies, eat popcorn and enjoy my family. I would suggest you do something positive and fun for yourself this evening as well. I wish you all a great weekend!

Sobeit,
You have a wonderful weekend too. Your plans sound great....family time. In no time you will have the OM out of your system and what seems like "trying" will come so naturally again.
Hugs,
Nancy

Hi Rose!!
I have been sooo busy this week that I haven't been posting much. I started training for my new job this week and this evening I worked my first shift. I'm doing assisted living with mentally challenged adults. It's great! I feel so good about me now!
I'm glad you are doing pretty good today. I know you will have a great weekend and I'll be waiting to hear all about it!!
Love and hugs,
Mitzi [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]

Dearest friends: I just now finally read the replies and I want to thank you for your kind words. I did have a pretty decent weekend if I remember correctly.
However, my brain today is awful. I would like to take it out of my skull, wash it out with soap and water, get all the OM memories and feelings, depression, obssesive compulsive thoughts, bulimic thoughts and all the other garbage out, dry it and put it back nice and clean. If only it were that easy.
Mitzi: Would you work with this mentally disabled person? I hate this mood so much. I want peace in my head. I need to rest. My love to you all.

Dearest Hanora: I will try that this evening. My spouse is working OT tonight, but maybe since I am babysitting my grandson, him and I will take a walk. Or better yet, we'll go see the fountains in our area.
Thanks for the idea. I need to get my mind off of OM and on to more productive items. Maybe on the way, I drop my brain off at the car wash and power wash it.(smile)
Thank you dear friend.

Rose,
You know I will help you in any way I can! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] I do hope that by being your cyber friend, I am helping in a way. Hanora is right. Get out and do something. Taking a walk with your grandchild sounds like a lovely thing to do!
Keep in touch!
Love and hugs,
Mitzi [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
