Yup. She was hired, became his boss, I didn't think anything of it till he came home from a business trip where she was also and decided our sex life was boring.

My H's EA is w/a co-worker. I think it built before a business trip, but dancing together at the convention brought things to a head.
Kathi

The Manager of a local company asked my wife for help on some challenging issues, it didn't require fixed hours so my W took it. OP is the Manager's assistant. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/frown.gif)
Alex
------------------
Live and learn
Kam6318, quite interesting, since my h affair started during a businees trip as well. Funny thing because before that he and this coworker in particular weren't friends ( as a matter of fact, he didn't even like her - and I know that he wasn't telling me that to cover up anything, he commented the same thing with some friends and his cousin). But after the business trip she was just perfect! Go figure!
Another interesting fact is that even before it happened she was commenting to her friends - I learned that later - that he was what she wanted and she would get him no matter what. On the first night at the hotel, she had already planned with her roomate that she wouldn't be sleeping in their room but with him instead, and this even before knowing for sure if it would happen. One thing I must say for her: she was not only persistent but had a lot of confidence in herself - and I happen to think that when we are confident, we usually have more chances of wining, that's what happended she did. ON the other hand, I'm quite confident as well, so I was confident that things could work out with us. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif) Did that help me ? Most probably. SO no matter what your situation is, my friends, make sure that you manage no to loose your self-esteem. I find it very important.
Take care,
Kat
------------------
Each and everyone of us is deserving of a kind word, a gentle thought, and the gift of understanding.

Guess I should "register" as well; my situation is the threat of a female coworker who seems determined to establish an out-of-office relationship w/ my SO (and is entirely too friendly w/ him in the office for my taste). They, too, will travel together and, he tells me, "get together in one of their rooms to watch TV and have a beer in the evenings, just like he does w/ his guy coworkers." But I'm a raving lunatic to worry about this; LOL!!! Although I feel more like crying.... : (

My W's OM is not a co-worker, but is a colleague of sorts, in that he is in the same consulting profession as she is, and (I think) that's how she met him. She does travel professionally and (I suspect) that they sometimes link up on these trips.
--Wex

She was a co-worker. He was her boss and they traveled together on business (and then later on pleasure...at my expense). The PA/EA began on a business trip to NYC in November 1997. She was fired by the company president in February 1998 (one too many affairs with staff members).

All of husbands affairs were with friends of family members. And the affair that took place during our marriage (2nd marriage) (although he calls it an "almost mistake") was with girl across the street - a customer of the bar that FIL and SIL owned.
She waved today to my BIL as we were standing in our front yard. How nice!
UGGGGHHHH!

None of my H's affairs included someone he worked with. No travel involved either.

My H's Affair was with an old friend that he had met and connected to when we were still dating. He sought her out and then hired her. He became her boss. He quit his job to help save our marriage (which he now resents me for), but doesn't matter 'cause now he is living back with her.
