Me again ...<P>Since D day I have aquired more than one bad habit and have NEVER done these things before, I bite my nails, I smoke cigs (THE most disgusting & nasty habit), Denist told me I'm grinding my teeth at night and to top it all off I have this tiny twitch in my right upper eye lid.<P>Guess they're all results of massive tension due to this Rollercoaster ride. I haven't biten them since he left.<P>My only bad habit is that I don't sleep enough. Makes for attractive looking bags under my eyes! Hey Mitz!<P>How the heck are ya?<P>I use to have some pretty cool lookin acrylic nails, but I bit those suckers off the day aft my H left. Then they hurt like h*ll for about a week. OUCH!<P>Really was a downer when I learned my porcelain crown had to be redone cuz I ground it down, was wondering why it felt so full of ridges with my tongue.<P>Murph's been around, he's looking for free Lasagna.<P>Jo

I started smoking my pipe more. Oddly enough, I could not put down more than a half pint of ale...totally lost the taste for it. Cut out the evening meals as a result. (No lasagna after four!)<P>rrunrr<BR>

Hey Jo,<P>Yep, know exactly where you're coming from. My smoking doubled and sadly the drinking isn't going well. Hey, when you're numb, you don't feel the pain. At least I can eat again.<P>I suffered from bruxism as well. I got the dentist to Rx some Flexeril. She said she wouldn't give me anymore unless I used my night guard. Val made the guard months before for me. I used it once for about 10 seconds. I didn't like the way it felt in my mouth. I would have chewed thru the damned thing in an hour anyway.<P>I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!<BR><P>------------------<BR>"It's not over till we say it's over!
