I am seeing an attorney on Wed. On my own - any advice on specific questions to ask would be appreciated. My husband is living at home - we are working on things but there is another woman who is pregnant involved and I want to to protect myself and my children thankyou<BR> Kris

There definitely needs to be a will for one thing.In our wills only "children of the marriage" between H and I are accounted for. Of course the OC (not the poor baby's fault) would have to be provided for also but make sure who gets what is in writing. Of course if H dies before me I get EVERYTHING, the kids wouldn't get anything until my death anyway.
