I was feeling pretty discouraged after finding the apt rental applications in H truck. They are still there unfilled out.
Yesterday he got up and said he was going to his Moms did I want to come along. I of course said sure and suggested our favorite brunch place on the way. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
We went for brunch then to his Moms. Turns out he wanted to pick cherries for making his famous cherry beer. So I helped pick. Now he hasn't made beer for 2 years. Has not done any of his hobbies since seeing OW. So he came home and started pitting and juicing the berries, lets me have enough to make a pie. Beer takes about a month before it is ready to bottle.... How can he move aug 1?
We had a normal before the affair kind of day. Except no kissing or touching or sleeping in the same bed. It scared me. What does it mean? Do you think it is a sign of hope or am I reading into it?
Lora
Hang in there, Lora!
I think this was a very hopeful day. Just don't try to push things too far too fast.
Good luck! And have some good pie for me while you're waiting for that beer! --HBC

Lora,
I agree with HBC. Don't push things too fast. You're not reading into it. But remember, don't expect everything to change overnight. It will take time so try to be very PATIENT!
Good luck!!!

------------------
Molli
Find your strength within!

Hi Lora,
Ah, those good days. Gotta love 'em.
He has to know what a good day he had with YOU too! One good day is worth a lot of bad ones.
As the others said, move slowly, but keep moving.
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]allison

Well,
If there is one rule it is after and up will come a down. Last night he was home and had dinner with me then retreated to the computer all night and went to bed without saying goodnight. I hate that! But I took it in stride.
HBC and Molli, Yup, I am getting very patient. I figured it wouldnt last too long.
Allison, Hmm you think he will be able to remember a good day? It doesnt go into that memory laspse of all good days we have ever had?
Murph, Ya our lawn needs moving too. I better get busy.
Lora
