Just curious. My W and I entered therapy in March at her suggestion (even though I thought our marriage was great).<P>In June, I found out about her affair. She immediately filed for D.<P>How many wayward spouses have filed for D?

My ex had the affair.....I filed for divorce. He moved out.....after 2 weeks of not knowing where he was or hearing from him.....I thought I needed to protect me and the children. So I filed. Then WS said that he wasn't sure he was filing....maybe just seperating for a while....but I had already filed. Then he said that he would make me pay for filing, that I would be sorry.<P>he has made me pay....and made the girls pay.

I am the WS. I haven't filed yet. I am going to give counseling 2 or 3 months. If things don't improve, I plan on moving out and filing for D.

My H filed for divorce six weeks after he moved out, two days after D day.
