All in all, I had a decent week with my H. I did get extremely depressed and burst into tears on Sunday, which upset him, but all in all, we went fishing, bowling, and had a lazy day on the couch - just the two of us. It was great.
Anyway, my H woke up startled Monday morning. I asked him what was wrong, and he said he had a weird dream. He dreamt that I had an A, and he found out about it. He was upset, and asked me if I wanted to work things out. I said no, I love the OM, and I'm moving in with him. He asked why I wouldn't give our marriage a chance, and I told him because he hadn't said that he loved me in over two months and the OM did. That's when he woke up.
What do you guys think that means? Is he feeling guilt or fear over something he's done and/or doing? Is he really worried about me leaving him for another M? Should I bother speculating over this at all?

Two words CB ...
GUILT and FEAR
He is feeling Guilty for his Infidelity and Fears you will have a retaliation affair in revenge.
He's also thinking about your needs because the reason you wouldn't give up the OM in his dream was because HE hadn't told you he loved you in 2 whole months.
Don't be surprised when he starts saying it to you. He better hurry up and get on the stick!
Jo
p.s. Very very happy to hear you two had a close week-end, CB. Remember, Harley says spend at least 15 hrs a week together.

I love to ponder what dreams might mean. Sounds to me like your H is getting a clue!

He is finally feeling what it is like to be in your shoes - subconcious overtaking in dreamstate. Most men try to brush aside the despair the wife actually feel because they rather not confront the reality that they have wreaked such major damage to someone who cares and loves them.
So, I think it is good.

I think dreams are a way of our subconscious talking to us. It could be his fear, his guilt, or whatever, but I think it is a wake up call to him that this *could* happen (or just that he could lose you) and that action is needed. Whenever I have gone against my dreams or my gut, I have always lived to regret it. I don't think we should shrug off such powerful warning signs.

I am betting that you have told him more than once that it bothers you that he doesn't tell you he loves you anymore. Guilt and fear will do some strange things and when we let them go we are able to get on with our lives.
Being the WS, I understand the guilt and the fear. My dreams have been plagued with my H exacting revenge on me too...I woke up this morning in tears, knowing how much I have hurt this man and praying that we could have a normal life. Just when I think I have let go of my fear and guilt it comes back to haunt me.
My H has only once told me I love you in about 2 months. He says it does not mean what it once did...Maybe we need to start saying it in another language or something! I know that he does love me, but his unwillingness to say it makes me sad and it hurts. I pray everyday that God will heal his heart so he can feel that love and want to communicate it back to me...
I will add you and all the others who are still too hurt and afraid to my prayers.

I think it is a guilt and fear induced dream. Awhile after my H's affair I noticed he became much more protective and jealous of me than he ever was before. I think he realized "If I was capable of doing it, why can't she? And if she did, waht could I really say?" Then one night afew months ago he woke me up in the middle of the night hugging me. I asked what was wrong and he said he'd dreamt that he came home, the house was empty, I was gone and there was a note saying I'd nver be back. Then he said "You would never leave me would you? I couldn't imagine being without you"
