can someone please help me? I recently found out that my husband is frequently chatting and visiting on porn sites and I found an email he had sent to someone that was very graphic and hurtful to me. I confronted him about it and he thinks it is not a big deal and he said he would stop, but I found out he is still visiting the chat sites. Is this considered cheating? I feel it is. can someone please help me. Thank you

Dear HAA,
Any behavior that is hurtful to you is cheating.I also found graphic letter from another OW(son saw it too,he was helping me with school paper).H also began to talk to other women on the internet.I would ask him to stop talking to other women and he would say"They are just friends,I dont have any friends".Now he is living with "friend" and

her 2 children that he moved from another state.
I am sure he would like me to trust him now that we are seperated. His lies to me prove that he is not trustworthy.Hope she was worth the destruction of our family.Beth

Yes, it is cheating. And, yes, it hurts. I am so sorry that you, too, are being hurt by it.
How are you doing today?
I wish you all the best. --HBC

Dear HAA,
I had an experience similar to Alone 1. My H also was having an "internet affair". He would spend hours on the computer - wake in the middle of the night to use it. And, he kept telling me it was nothing - just releasing some "energy".
Well, the internet chat turned into a real-life, full-blown affair. He would meet her on weekends and tell me that he was working. He told her that he travelled for work and that was why he could not spend much time with her.
With a lot of work and counselling, we have worked things out and we are staying together. But, the whole situation might have been avoided if we had nipped this "internet" situation in the bud.
Beware ...
- Heavenly
