I have a great marriage, 2 children, and love my husband very much. But his friend is so attractive and nice, I can't stop thinking about him. How do I forget him?

I also have a husband, two children, and a husband who has some pretty attractive friends. The problem with your question is that you didn't say HOW FAR you are willing to go with these feelings.
Once you set your personal boundaries, you will be able to feel more comfortable with what you are feeling.
Look at your children, your husband, your life together. Is this not enough to keep you satisfied?
I think about my husband's friends (sometime in a sexual way) and I tell him. Plain and simple. That way I know my feelings aren't a secret, and I have my personal boundaries set that the feelings go no farther than fantasy.
Some people may not agree, and it may not work with every type of H, but it does with mine. One peticular friend he has "John" is very cute. We all went out together one night and had a great time. I told my hubby he is cute in MY opinion, and I think about him from time to time. But, he knows and I know I would never make this a reality.
What you have is too precious, and throwing your gifts aside for carnal lust is morally wrong, and will only result in deep self-loathing and hurt for all parties.
So, forget about acting, and stick to the fantasy world, ok??
