I actually borrowed Get Skinny on Fabulous Food from my mother. I really began to notice a difference in how she looked, so she told me about Somersizing. Mom's lost 22 lbs in a little over 2 months.
Get Skinny on Fabulous Food is a great book, but it's primarily recipes and success stories. It does have a brief overview of the plan. I bought Eat Great, Lose Weight after that so that I would have a better understanding as to how the diet worked. I've lost 7 lbs since going back on it 3 weeks ago.
The only thing that I've had a difficult time with is cutting out sugar and caffeine. I also miss my fettucine alfredo [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] . But with all of the other wonderful food that you get to eat as much as you want, it's really a small sacrifice. Now, a lot of the gals here at work have started the diet, and are doing great so far. I highly recommend it.

Thanks! I think I'll invest in them right away!!!
Now that the infidelity diet has tapered off, I want to make sure none of it comes back. This seems to be a recommended way to do it!!!
