Has anyone read Relationship Rescue & tried it? I know that some of you have done the Life Strategies bk. <P>I tend to buy these but not do them it is something about committing it to paper or I never can figure out how to answer. I took one of those test to determine what your learning style was, I didn't have one. Great book. I have recommended it to several people. I think that I need to go back through it and would love to have my H do it with me since things have changed so much. It opened my eyes to a lot of behaviors that I had fallen into, and how to identify the triggers so I didn't just keep doing it.<P>Word of warning though...it can be very hard. There were times that I was more depressed over what I was learning about myself than about the A. But in the long run, it was a lifesaver for me because it helped me to find ME.<P>Didn't know that there was a workbook! Will have to find it.<P>Go for it. YOu won't be sorry.

I haven't read the book, but I've been watching Oprah more. I also checked out her web-site today and Dr. Phil has his section and there's some things in his Relationship Rescue area to do some work.<P>I'll have to check it out since it comes highly recommended here!<P>Thanks!

Terrific book...like Victoria said..it can be tough at times but it's a release to find out all that stuff and face it.<P>My husband and I just saw Dr. Phil on Saturday at his seminar in Orlando...he was great...it was an all afternoon deal but he didn't get to all the stuff in the book.
