Today I went out to the school to go to the Bk fair with my youngest son. Gotten there early, the class was out to specials, the teacher, & another mom were in the class. This lady was talking about the e-mail she had gotten from her H, telling her how much he loved her, can't sleep without her, & is proud to have her for his wife. She goes what am I going to with him, the teacher wanted a copy to show her H, my reply was count your blessings. The conversation continued & she said something else about it.... Again I told her to count her blessing, then I burst into tears in leave the room. Of course they follow me out, what is the matter, nothing. I never told them.... Just told her to count her blessings. Guess they will think we had a fight or whatever. I couldn't help thinking of how many of us would give all we have had except our children for even have a crumb of that e-mail from our WS.

Dear sing,
I know that is why I was unable to meet my friends and regular social group because I would have burst into tears anytime and spilled my guts out. I was so loyal to my WS and they all thought I had a fabulous spouse - can you imagine if they keep asking me about the fab man? I would have skewered his whatever because it would have been so difficult to keep up appearances.
You need friends in a foreign land - how are you managing as far as support and counselling go?
God bless you
take care
weep
