I read your post in my thread. I'm really sorry that your H is acting that way. That is really hard to handle, I can imagine. All this affection/sex while your kids are there is ridiculous. But you are seeing that the kids are not interested in going there. They will help sort this out.
This fantasyland is an addiction and in the fog, they do bizarre things. I know this doesn't help at this point, but if someone is drunk and does stupid things, you can overlook it to some degree the next day (limits of course). You have to think of him as being in a fantasy world, acting foolish and not thinking about what he is doing. Clearly, he isn't thinking. He will blow it himself because the kids won't respect him.
You be the best you can be so they respect you. His fantasy will not go on forever, and he will come crashing down, and hopefully you will be there for him. I really feel for you, having to deal with this. You know you can vent away here.
Hopefully you can get more advice on whether you should act in any way upon this. I'm not sure what the right thing is to do, other than not having the kids go there. Seems they might enforce this themselves. Hang in there.

When my H were separated last yr, my counselor told me that I could get a court order keeping her away from my sons. I don't know if it would have been all contact or just that she could not be H's apt when they were there.
You might look into it. I don't know if it varies from state to state, this was TX, & a Christian counselor who was same faith we were.

Thanks Rick
Yes my kids have pretty much made up their minds they want no part of this behavior. As far as the courts go there is no need. If he chooses to persue it then i will fight fire with fire, however he claims he cannot afford to file divorce papers so I doubt he will attempt any actions in this matter. Luckily my kids are old enought to make their own choices and I will back them 100%.
I have let this go and now they have made their own decision. i felt that it was detramental in the beginning but I just let it run its course. I have very smart children and am confident that they know when enough is enough. Just as they will know when they are comfortable with OW. Which as it stands now they are not. They both feel that H behavior is disrespectful.
My son said that his dad is acting like a kid.. He is 10 and is very aware of the changes in his dad. This will all work out.
i am very upset that he chooses to behave like this in front of his children but I cannot be responsible for it. It is helping me to detach somewhat, which I need to do in order to work on myself. My respect level for him is just not there and I need to let things die down for now so I will not lose all respect for him.
i know the time will come when we have to discuss this and I am gonna need some help on what to say to him so that I do not LB. Actually when it comes to my kids I will LB until I can't no more. They are innocent victms here and I have to defend them.
Good night all
I have had a long day My 2 week old nephew has been hospitalized with Meningitis. Please pray for him to over come this horrible ilness.
Thanks
Diana
