I am just curious if there are more people like me out there - a BS who is married to a WS who w/ borderline personality disorder (BPD). I have read some books on BPD, and infidelity seems to go in tandem with BPD in many cases. Reconciling yourself with your spouse and at the same time dealing with the illness is a daunting task, because their perception is out of whack a lot of the time.
Before I go into this further, I just wanted to do a quick nose check. If no one else on MB is married to a BPD, this topic will undoubtedly die a very quick death ... but if you are, I'd like to compare notes.
belld

I've had a couple people (one fresh out of med school) tell me it sounds as though my H is bipolar. Not sure if that's in the same ball park or not.
I'd be interested to hear more from you!
------------------
"People grow through experience if they meet life honestly and courageously.
