Jo,<P>You may have seen that my husband is again consulting a lawyer. I told him very calmly that, according to NYS law, he hasn't got grounds - and kind of warned him that the only thing that they might be able to try is the "cruel and inhuman treatment" thing - but that it would mean he would have to come up with terrible, awful things that I had done to him ... I don't know if he is willing to do that or not...<P>Anyway, I am sorry to hear that the process-server caught you - I know that the last thing you wanted was to actually take those documents into your hands. You are doing a great job and are being so strong!<P>I am so glad that you had such a good time at Allison's---sounds like it was needed and enjoyed by all that were there!
